So we've been here since 9pm yesterday. I shoulda stayed home for most of this but my Dr panicked me because I was already dilated. I'm uncomfortable and have been for quite some time. I was in alot of pain earlier so I finally gave in and got an epidural. Horrible experience. I don't do well with needles or anesthesia. I was screaming while they put the needle in, and then vomiting and passing out. Good times. They also established that after hours and hours of contractions, I'm not progressing at all and gave me petocin to bring on contractions. I'm hoping that it's do something otherwise they're gonna break my water. It looks like I'm having really steady/ strong contractions- or so I see on the screen. We'll see!
